22 years after Mazda initiated its Master Dealer program, the 2016 recipients have been recognised for delivering extraordinary excellence and exceptional customer service. Designed to acknowledge Mazda Dealership facilities, business processes, people development, sales results, financial management and customer satisfaction, the annual Master Dealer Excellence awards are highly valued.
In 2016, 15 Mazda dealers have been celebrated. While the majority of awardees were repeat winners, Mazda also applauded the hard work by Nowra Mazda (NSW) which was recognised as Master Dealers for the second time. In addition, while the Master Dealer initiative focusses on the Dealership, the Mazda Guild turns the spotlight on people and Mazda Dealership managers, consultants and frontline staff who have achieved exceptional results.
At a must-attend ceremony, Mazda’s best operators were presented with their 2016 Mazda Guild award. “Receiving Master Dealer or Mazda Guild recognition is something that everyone within the Mazda network aspires to achieve,” said Mazda Australia director of sales Vinesh Bhindi. “Our award recipients are the best of the best and we are thrilled to honour them. “After a record sales year, we sincerely thank everyone for their hard work and dedication to not only Mazda, but to their Dealership and their team.”
The Mazda Way
In 2004, Mazda also launched a company-wide initiative called the Mazda Way. The purpose of the Mazda Way is to encompass the interests of customers, business partners, local communities and future generations. The Mazda Way summarises the perspectives that are vital for every Mazda employee to bring to work every day.
